VERIFI will hold its next workshop entitled, “The Role of Simulations and High Performance Computing in Engines and Fuel Co-Optimization” on June 22-23, 2016, at Argonne National Laboratory in Illinois.
- Day One of the workshop will focus on fuels, fuel surrogates, and additives, and how to better represent them in multi-dimensional engine simulations.
- Day Two of the workshop will focus on use of high-performance computing for predictive simulations of internal combustion engines.
Participants will have an opportunity to tour Argonne’s engine labs, rapid compression machine, Advanced Photon Source fuel spray experiment space, and Mira supercomputer at the Argonne Leadership Computing Facility.
Registration for this invitation-only workshop is free of charge. For more information, please send an email message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
